Bridges over Barriers
Bridges Over Barriers is a fund under the Education Foundation of Ottawa designed to financially support Ottawa Carleton District School Board ( OCDSB ) students in need. Bridges Over Barriers enables the Ottawa Carleton District School Board social workers to, through their clinical lens, identify any barriers that prevent students from accessing basic necessities and activities as well as recognizing the importance of mental and physical health support. The goal of Bridges Over Barriers is to then collaborate with these students and/or their families in order to immediately provide critical support.
